All programs, including Winshuttle, that used librfc32.dll needed to be updated for the successor of that file. Upgrade to 11.4.x or 11.2.12 2. Downgrade to SAP 740. Symptom
You are upgrading SAP GUI for Windows from older version to the new GUI version 7.40 / 7.50 / 7.60 / 7.70 with landscape format enabled (This format is enabled by default starting GUI 7.50)
- The connection entries are not migrated from the old saplogon.ini file to the new sapuilandscape.xml file
- There is no saplogontree.xml file present at the location %APPDATA%SAPCommon. If you see both the above symptoms together, read further.
Please note:
%APPDATA% stands for the environment variable specifying
the Application Data directory located directly below the
user profile directory.
A typical Application Data directory in Windows Vista / 7 / 10 is:
C:Users<username>AppDataRoaming
and in Windows XP
C:Documents and Settings<username>Application Data
I will be referring C:Users<username>AppDataRoaming throughout the document.
