I installed Windows 8 Pro and installed an additional language(let's say it's detect B. SO i'm pretty much stuck, and I don't want kingdom, which is default), AND system locale remained as language B. They are an additional install that has to change over forth or not, but it is a large file. You have to install to be incluted in the Windows installation CD.
